We have a family tradition of baking lots of gingerbread at this time of year. The kitchen always smells so good and we all get such a thrill out of selecting appropriate sweets and putting the houses together! It is an even greater feeling of satisfaction and joy in wrapping up the little houses and giving them, with big smiles, to friends and family!
